AOTI is seeking a Medical Sales Representative in Charlotte, NC to drive VA business and expand service offerings. This remote, territory-based role requires residency within or near the assigned territory, with base compensation plus uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience working with VA preferred
• Background in wound care is a strong plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
• Professional presentation and demeanor
• Proficiency with computers and related software
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the VA business.
• Sell additional services and build strong professional relationships with clients
• Educate business partners and end users on AOTI products and services
• Provide proactive support and customer service to clients and partners
• Attend trade shows and industry events to establish new business
• Respond to inquiries and provide knowledgeable, courteous service
• Maintain detailed knowledge of company products and services
• Ensure full customer satisfaction and follow up on all interactions
• Perform other related duties as assigned
