Job summary

Advanced Oxygen Therapy, Inc. (AOTI) is seeking a remotely-based professional to manage and grow the VA business across assigned territories in the United States.

The role involves selling additional services, educating partners and end users, and delivering proactive customer support to ensure satisfaction. With 3–5 years in a related field and experience in wound care, you will communicate effectively, build relationships, and advance AOTI’s TWO2 therapy and NPWT products.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working with VA preferred.
• Background in wound care is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
• Professional presentation and demeanor.
• Proficiency with computers and related software.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the VA business.
• Sell additional services and build strong professional relationships with clients
• Educate business partners and end users on AOTI products and services
• Provide proactive support and customer service to clients and partners
• Attend trade shows and industry events to establish new business
• Respond to inquiries and provide knowledgeable, courteous service
• Maintain detailed knowledge of company products and services
• Ensure full customer satisfaction and follow up on all interactions
• Perform other related duties as assigned
