Job summary

Healogics, the largest provider of advanced wound care in the U.S., is hiring a WCC LPN to deliver wound-related nursing care under RN guidance. You will assist in vein clinic tasks and patient intake, while following hospital policies and CMS guidelines.

A current LPN/LVN license and 2+ years of LPN/LVN experience are required; wound care experience is preferred. This role supports a team-driven, fast-paced environment in outpatient settings, with emphasis on safety, documentation, and quality

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program/state approved program.
Current LPN/LVN license in state of practice throughout employment.
2+ years’ LPN/LVN experience, SNF/LTACH preferred.
Wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide wound-related patient care under RN/provider guidance per BLS and policies.
Assist in vein clinic after Vein Clinic training.
May assist with patient intake and discharge.
Support case management under RN, per state rules.
Gather patient information and necessary equipment.
Report quality of care issues to Clinical Nurse Manager.
Participate in hyperbaric therapy tasks after training.
May serve as a Documentation Assistant as needed.
