Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Wound Care Center Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide wound-related nursing care under the direction of an RN or Provider at the center. A valid LPN/LVN license and BLS are required, with 2+ years of LPN/LVN experience; wound care experience preferred.

The role involves patient care in a fast-paced environment, collaboration with the care team, and potential hyperbaric therapy duties after training. This is an on-site position offering competitive hourly compensation.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound-related patient care per BLS and hospital policies.
• Assist with intake and discharge as needed.

• Report quality issues to the Clinical Nurse Manager.
• Communicate with team about therapeutic interventions.
• Perform hyperbaric therapy duties after training.
• May function as scribe per policy.
