Healogics is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support wound care under RN supervision in our Edmond, OK center. The role includes wound-related patient care, vein clinic assistance, and care coordination.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years as an LPN/LVN, wound care experience preferred, and a solid BLS background. Training opportunities in hyperbaric therapy are available and compliance with policies is required.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years’ experience as LPN/LVN, including one (1) or more years in SNF or LTACH setting.
• Wound care experience preferred.
• Demonstrated competency in BLS and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide wound-related patient care under the direction of RN/Provider.
• Assist in vein clinic as trained.
• May assist with intake and discharge processes.
• May provide assistance with case management under the direction of RN, in accordance with state regulations.
• Gathers patient information and necessary equipment for RN or provider.
• Reports quality of care issues to the Nursing Manager and communicates with team.
• Performs hyperbaric therapy-related duties after completing training; potential safety director duties thereafter.
• May function as a Documentation Assistant (scribe) per policy.
