Job summary

Healogics, Inc. in Edmond, OK is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our Wound Care Center team under the direction of an RN or Provider.

The role provides wound-related patient care in accordance with center and hospital policies, with responsibilities including vein clinic support after training. The ideal candidate has a valid LPN/LVN license, 2+ years of experience (wound care preferred), strong BLS, organization, communication skills, and comfort with a fast-paced care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN/LVN license in state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years’ LPN/LVN experience; wound care preferred.
• Experience in SNF or LTACH settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound-related patient care under RN/Provider guidance.
• Assist in vein clinic after training.
• Aid intake and discharge processes.
• Support case management under RN direction.
• Gather patient information and equipment.
• Report quality issues to Clinical Nurse Manager.
• Perform hyperbaric therapy duties after training.
• May act as a scribe per policy.
