Healogics, Inc. is seeking a Wound Care Center LPN to provide bedside nursing under RN/Provider supervision at our wound care centers. You will perform wound-related care, assist in vein clinics, and support case management per state rules and hospital procedures.

The role requires an LPN/LVN license, 2+ years of LPN/LVN experience (1+ year in SNF/LTACH), and BLS. Wound care experience is preferred. The position emphasizes teamwork and patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualificações

High School Diploma or GED.
Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program/state approved educational program.
Current LPN or LVN license in the state of practice.
Two or more years’ experience as LPN/LVN, including 1+ year in SNF or LTACH settings.
Wound care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

Provide wound-related patient care under the direction of RN/Provider per BLS and hospital protocols.
Assist in vein clinic after Vein Clinic training.
Assist with case management under RN guidance, per state regulations.
Gather patient information and necessary equipment for RN or provider.
Report quality-of-care issues to the Clinical Nurse Manager.
Communicate with team about therapeutic interventions to ensure quality care.
Perform hyperbaric oxygen therapy duties after required training; may take on safety director duties after training.
May function as a Documentation Assistant (scribe) as needed.
Perform other duties as delegated by leadership.
