Job summary

Healogics, LLC. is seeking a Wound Care Center Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. You will provide wound-related nursing care under the supervision of an RN or provider in a fast-paced care environment.

Qualified candidates hold an LPN/LVN license, with 2+ years’ experience; wound care experience is preferred. You will support vein clinics, intake/discharge, and documentation while adhering to policy and safety protocols.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program/state approved educational program.
Current LPN or LVN license in the state of practice.
Two or more years’ experience as LPN/LVN, including one or more years in SNF or LTACH settings.
Wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide wound-related patient care under the direction of RN/Provider, following BLS and hospital protocols.
Assist in vein clinic as trained after Healogics Vein Clinic training.
May assist with intake and discharge procedures.
Support case management under RN guidance per state regulations.
Gather patient information and required equipment for care.
Report quality issues to Clinical Nurse Manager.
Communicate with team about therapeutic interventions to ensure care quality.
Perform hyperbaric oxygen therapy related duties as trained.
Possibly serve as Documentation Assistant as needed.
Perform other duties as delegated.
