Job summary

Healogics, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Coordinator/Clinical Nurse Manager to coordinate clinical activities in the Wound Care Center, including patient assessments, care planning, and quality improvement in collaboration with the Program Director and Medical Director.

The role requires an RN license, ADN (BSN preferred), and 1 year of RN experience. Strong planning, communication and leadership skills are essential in a hospital-based patient care setting with HIPAA and CMS compliance.

Qualifications

• Current RN license must be maintained.
• One year RN experience required.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center.
• Provide clinical oversight to RNs, LPNs, CMAs and technicians.
• Collaborate with Program Director and Medical Director regarding clinical and patient needs.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, the DOH, CMS guidelines and hospital policies.
• Support staff development, recognition, and orientation.
• Assist in achieving Wound Care Center quality indicators.
