Job summary

Healogics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead case management within our wound care program. You will oversee clinical staff, conduct patient assessments, and coordinate care with providers to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an RN license, ADN minimum, and at least one year of RN experience with preference for 2+ years and supervisory exposure. Strong organization, communication, and teamwork are essential as you support program objectives and patient care

Qualifications

• Current RN license
• ADN minimum required
• BSN preferred
• One year experience as an RN required
• Two or more years’ experience preferred
• Prior supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for a group of patients according to protocols
• Offer assessments, clinical skills, treatments, and patient/caregiver education in wound care
• Provide clinical oversight to RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CMAs and other staff
• Collaborate with physicians, hospital personnel and program directors to address clinical and patient needs
• Identify and implement process improvements while complying with HPAA, DOH and Healogics requirements
• Participate in staff development and provide in-service education and orientation
• Coordinate program objectives from a budgetary and financial perspective
• May support vein care coordination and post-training care as needed
• Support wound center quality indicators with leadership and medical directors
• May act as Documentation Assistant (scribe) as needed
• Perform hyperbaric safety director duties after training
