Job summary

Healogics Wound Care & Hyperbaric Services LLC seeks a Clinical Coordinator/Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee wound care center activities, assess patients, and implement care plans. This role collaborates with the Program Director and Medical Director to meet program objectives and ensure quality outcomes.

Requirements include an active RN license, ADN minimum, BSN preferred, and 1 year RN experience (2+ preferred). BLS and wound care certification are desirable.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.

• 1 year RN experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center and patient care planning.
• Provide clinical oversight to RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and technicians.
• Collaborate with Program Director and Medical Director on clinical needs.
• Identify areas of improvement while complying with HPAA, DOH, CMS guidelines.
• Engage in staff development and orientation; provide feedback.
• Coordinate program objectives from a budgetary perspective.
