Job summary

Healogics Wound Care & Hyperbaric Services LLC seeks a Clinical Coordinator / Clinical Nurse Manager to coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center, collaborating with the Program Director and Medical Director to meet program objectives and ensure optimal healing outcomes and patient satisfaction.

The role includes staff oversight, education, and patient care quality improvement, with adherence to HIPAA and CMS guidelines and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) minimum).
• BSN preferred for leadership role.
• One year RN experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center.
• Provide clinical oversight to nursing and staff.
• Collaborate with Program Director and Medical Director on objectives.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, DOH, CMS and hospital policies.
• Support staff development and quality improvement initiatives.
