The role emphasizes revenue cycle oversight, marketing to increase referrals, and implementing a sustained quality improvement program. Travel to partner sites may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or related field degree preferred with marketing/education experience in healthcare.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory/accrediting requirements for healthcare organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees day-to-day outpatient clinic operations and wound care programs.
• Manages revenue cycle, reimbursement updates, and financial reporting.
• Develops marketing plans to increase patient referrals and physician engagement.
• Implements quality improvement programs and tracks performance indicators.
• Maintains relationships with hospital clients and coordinating multi-stakeholder teams.
• Travel as needed to partner hospitals and clinics.
