Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Program Director/Program Manager to lead the Wound Care Center operations and drive growth within the assigned hospital network. You will manage daily clinic activities, staff, finances, and quality improvement while maintaining strong hospital relationships.

Responsibilities include overseeing revenue cycles, coordinating marketing to increase patient referrals, and aligning with CMS/compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1 year marketing/community education in healthcare
• Associate’s degree with 2+ years marketing/community education in healthcare
• High School Diploma with 4+ years marketing/community education in healthcare

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day outpatient clinic operations and wound care programs
• Manage revenue cycle and fiscal performance
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase referrals
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and Healogics teams
• Lead quality and performance improvement initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital staff and physicians
