Job summary

GBMC HealthCare is seeking a midlevel clinician to manage wound care, lymphedema, and hyperbaric therapy with supervision by the attending physician. Responsibilities include initial evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing patient progress documentation in multiple centers.

The role requires PA/NP program completion, MD Board licensure, and ability to coordinate a multidisciplinary team in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills to assess patients and plan interventions.
• Debridement of wounds as indicated.
• Application of therapeutic wound dressings as indicated.
• Ability to lead care team.
• Management of patients weekly.
• Follow up of cultures and diagnostic studies.

Responsibilities

• Initial evaluation and treatment of outpatients at the Lymphedema center, Wound Care Center and/or Hyperbaric Oxygen Center.
• Provide consultation and treatment on admitted patients for wounds and hyperbaric therapy.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment accordingly.
• Write orders in compliance with hospital policy.
• Collaborate with attending physician and staff to evaluate patient progress.
