Zusammenfassung

GBMC HealthCare is seeking a midlevel practitioner to manage outpatient wound care, lymphedema, and hyperbaric therapy programs. The role includes initial evaluation, orders, and ongoing patient management in collaboration with physicians.

You will lead care teams, coordinate referrals, and participate in rounds while ensuring high-quality patient education and safety in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifikationen

• Analytical skills to assess patients and choose interventions.
• Debridement of wounds as indicated.
• Application of therapeutic wound dressings as indicated.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate initial patient presentations at wound/lymphedema/hyperbaric centers.
• Provide consultations and treatments for wounds and hyperbaric therapy.
• Documentation of history, physicals, orders and progress.
• Coordinate referrals to ancillary departments and community resources.
• Lead interdisciplinary rounds and mentor nursing staff.
• Ensure patient education and discharge planning are documented.
