Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Minimum six-month equivalent experience using a multi-line telecommunication system to provide world class customer service to external and internal customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of communication for customers and deliver world-class care.
• Answer calls, determine inquiry, provide product/service information, direct to appropriate department, relay messages.
• Operate multi-line telecommunications system; answer calls timely and professionally.
• Record details of customer issues and follow up on resolutions.
• Escalate difficult calls to Call Center Manager as needed.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM.
• Meet or exceed customer experience standards.
• Perform clerical duties such as creating purchase orders and data entry.
