Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients in the showroom and VIP spaces.
• Foster a positive, enjoyable atmosphere in the showroom by leading by example.
• Enhance in-showroom hospitality through research and creative thinking.
• Welcome clients promptly and use CRM to tailor experiences to individual interests.
• Support Sales Consultants and VIP room to deliver world-class client service.
• Maintain showroom standards and confidentially manage client data.
• Recommend system/process improvements to boost floor efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and showroom offerings.
