Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Space Coordinator to act as the primary workspace partner for assigned Product Areas. You will manage seat allocations, drive floor plan accuracy, and support office moves while delivering exceptional client service.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proactive collaboration with Workplace Planning, and hands-on on-site duties to ensure seating and spatial layouts meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong organization: manage floor plans, seating charts, and headcount forecasts with precision.
• Exceptional client engagement: build rapport with managers and provide white-glove support.
• On-site agility: comfortable walking office sites and performing physical audits.
• Collaborate with Occupancy Planning, Workplace Planning and FM teams.

• Manage seat allocations and ensure floor plan accuracy.
• Coordinate space audits and updates with WPP and Occupancy Planning.
• Support office moves and post-move validation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address workspace requests.
