Qualifications

• Comfortable performing on-site audits and spatial validations.
• Collaborates across Occupancy Planning, Workplace Planning, and Facility Management.
• Experience coordinating seating for new hires and internal transfers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for managers within assigned Product Areas, gathering needs and reporting data to WPP.
• Manage seating allocations, verify floor plans, and update the people mover system.
• Coordinate small moves and desk changes with occupancy planning and facilities.
• Support end-to-end move execution and post-move validation checks.
• Escalate capacity constraints and partner with cross-functional teams to address requests.
