Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a detail-oriented Space Coordinator to act as the primary workspace partner for assigned Product Areas. You will bridge gaps between team leaders and Workplace Planning, managing seat allocations and supporting office moves to adapt to growing teams.

Responsibilities include space audits, data reporting, and coordinating with Facility Management and Occupancy Planning to ensure precise floor plans and excellent client service on-site.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with managers.
• Ability to manage multiple floor plans and headcount forecasts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with FM, WPP, and Occupancy Planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for managers within assigned PAs.
• Collect projected headcount information and report accurate data to Workplace Planning.
• Allocate seat assignments and manage move requests for efficient seating.
• Conduct routine space audits and verify floor plans for 100% accuracy.
• Coordinate small team moves and desk changes with Occupancy Planning.
• Provide white-glove client service and answer space questions on-site.
