Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a detail-oriented Space Coordinator to serve as the primary workspace partner for assigned Product Areas. You will bridge gaps between team leaders and Workplace Planning, manage seat allocations, and drive floor plan accuracy while supporting moves and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in space planning and occupancy management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for managers within assigned PAs, understanding team dynamics and equipment needs.
• Manage seat allocations and floor plan accuracy; support moves and capacity planning.
• Coordinate end-to-end move execution and post-move validation checks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Facility Management, Workplace Planning) to address space requests and upgrades.
• Conduct space audits and maintain data integrity in occupancy systems.
