Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone with inquiries and requests
• Set up and support center facilities and technology for events and meetings
• Process invoices and ensure accurate service charges
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming center and escalate issues via the service portal
• Collaborate with Community Manager on events and promotions
