Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver musculoskeletal care and on-site worksite support for employees. You will assess, plan, implement, and educate to maximize functional progress while coordinating with the health care team.

The role requires a PT license, outpatient experience, strong documentation in EMR, and adherence to infection-control policies. Ergonomic training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree or doctorate in Physical Therapy (CAPTE).
• Current license from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with outpatient populations. Ergonomic training/certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy plans including assessment, treatment, and education.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and refer to specialists as needed.
• Deliver in-worksite body mechanics education, ergonomics, and safety information.
• Document care in EMR promptly and accurately.
• Maintain safe, compliant clinical environment and infection-control standards.
