Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver musculoskeletal care and provide worksite support, ergonomics guidance, and wellness education. You will assess patients, plan and implement therapy, and coordinate care with on-site teams.

The role includes non-clinical worksite activities and education for employees. Requires a PT degree (CAPTE), active state license, 3+ years’ experience, and BLS.

Qualifications

• BS, MS or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited university (CAPTE).
• Current license from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current BLS certification.
• Understanding of clinical documentation using EMR software.

Responsibilities

• Administers physical therapy treatments and patient education.
• Develops and implements goal-directed treatment plans.
• Collaborates with the medical team and coordinates care.
• Provides worksite ergonomics and safety education.
