Job summary

Marathon Health Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver musculoskeletal care and on-site worksite support for employees. You will assess, treat, and educate patients while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to maximize functional progress.

Responsibilities include ergonomic guidance, client wellness education, and coordination of care. A state license, CAPTE-credited degree, and 3+ years of outpatient PT are required; BLS is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS, MS or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited university (CAPTE).
• Current license from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current BLS certification.
• Outpatient experience for adolescent and adult population.

Responsibilities

• Administers physical therapy treatments including exercise, activities, manual therapies and modalities.
• Plans and executes a goal-directed treatment program based on thorough assessment.
• Assist with care coordination and ensure appropriate level of care and follow-up.
• May supervise PTAs as appropriate.
• Educates patients and demonstrates home exercise programs.
