Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide clinical musculoskeletal care and worksite support for client employees. You will assess, plan, implement, educate, and communicate to maximize functional progress while promoting safe ergonomics and wellness initiatives on-site.

Responsibilities include coordinating care with the medical team, supervising staff as needed, documenting in EMR, and advancing evidence-based practice. Experience in outpatient settings and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• BS, MS or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current license from state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Functions as part of care continuum and medical team.
• Administers physical therapy treatments including therapeutic exercise, activities, manual therapies, modalities, and patient education.
• Plans and executes goal-directed treatment programs.
• Assist with care coordination and follow-up.
