Marathon Health is hiring a Physical Therapist to deliver top-tier musculoskeletal care within client worksites and through our care continuum. You will assess, plan, implement, and educate patients while collaborating with physicians, PAs/NPs, and other health professionals.

The role emphasizes ergonomic and safety education, worksite wellness initiatives, and non-clinical support to help employees achieve functional goals. A strong clinical background and state PT license are required.

Qualifications

• Licensure as Physical Therapist in state.
• Minimum 3 years clinical PT experience.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments and education.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and assess progress.
• Coordinate with care team and supervise PT assistants as needed.
• Ensure compliance with infection-control policies and EMR documentation.
