Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver musculoskeletal care and provide on-site worksite support and ergonomics education. The role combines clinical PT duties with client-facing wellness initiatives in a worksite setting.

Applicants should have a CAPTE-accredited PT degree, current state license, 3+ years experience, and BLS. The position offers part-time hours (20 per week) with competitive benefits and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• BS, MS or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current license from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administers PT treatments including exercise, activities, manual therapies, modalities, and patient education.
• Plans and executes goal-directed treatment programs based on assessments.
• Coordinate care and ensure appropriate referrals and follow-ups.
• Teach in-home therapeutic exercises and stretches.
• Document care in EMR accurately and promptly.
• Maintain safe, clean working environment and infection-control practices.
• Support worksite wellness education and ergonomic safety.
