Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality musculoskeletal care at client work sites and via our network. You will perform assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and implement therapies to maximize functional outcomes while educating employees on ergonomics and safe work practices.

The role involves collaboration with healthcare teams and ongoing documentation in electronic medical records.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy degree and licensure in the state.
• Minimum 3 years of PT experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with outpatient pediatric/adult populations.
• Familiarity with EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administers physical therapy treatments and patient education.
• Develops goal-directed treatment plans and documents progress.
• Assist with care coordination and referrals.
• Supervise PTAs as allowed by guidelines.
• Provide worksite ergonomics education and safety information.
• Attend Marathon Health trainings and contribute to the care team.
