Job summary

Marathon Health, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide musculoskeletal care and worksite support for employees. You will assess, treat, plan, implement, and educate patients to maximize functional goals.

You will also deliver body mechanics education, ergonomics guidance, and wellness activities at client sites, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals.

Qualifications

• BS, MS or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Currently licensed by the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with outpatient therapy for adolescents and adults.
• Ergonomic training or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical physical therapy including exercise, manual therapy, modalities, and education.
• Develop individualized plans to meet patient goals and track progress.
• Coordinate care and ensure appropriate follow-up with referrals.
• Provide worksite wellness education on body mechanics and safety.
• Document care in electronic medical records and maintain compliance.
