Qualifications

• BS, MS or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current license from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Physical Therapist.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with outpatient populations; familiarity with ergonomic programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administers physical therapy treatments including exercises, activities, manual therapies, modalities, and patient education.
• Develops goal-directed treatment plans based on thorough assessments.
• Supports worksite clients with body mechanics, ergonomics, and safety education.
• Documents care in the EMR and maintains a safe, clean work environment.
• Collaborates with care teams and participates in ongoing professional development.
