Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide musculoskeletal care and worksite support. The role includes assessment, treatment planning, and patient education to maximize functional goals, with additional worksite ergonomics and wellness initiatives.

Responsibilities include collaboration with the medical team, documentation in EMR, and coordinating follow-up appointments and screenings for employees within client organizations.

Qualifications

• BS, MS or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from CAPTE.
• Current license from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with electronic medical records documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy treatments including exercise, activities, manual therapies and patient education.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Coordinate care and ensure appropriate level of care and follow-up.
• Teach in-home therapeutic exercises and stretches as part of treatment plan.
• Maintain a safe, compliant environment and accurate charting in the EMR.
