Job summary

Marathon Health, LLC is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide musculoskeletal care and worksite support at client locations. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy programs, educate employees on body mechanics, ergonomics, and wellness strategies, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a PT license, 3+ years of outpatient experience, and certification in BLS.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, MS, or BS in Physical Therapy from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current license from state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• Minimum 3 years’ PT experience; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer PT treatments including exercise, modalities, and patient education.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and document progress in EMR.
• Coordinate care with medical team; provide worksite ergonomics education and safety information.
• Support outreach and wellness initiatives at client worksites.
