Marathon Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver musculoskeletal care and client-facing worksite support. You will assess, plan, implement, and educate patients to maximize functional goals while promoting ergonomic and wellness initiatives at client sites.

Requires a DPT/DS or equivalent, state license, and 3+ years of outpatient PT experience. BLS and EMR proficiency are required; ergonomic training is a plus. Competitive pay and extensive benefits are offered.

Competenze

BS, MS or DPT in Physical Therapy from CAPTE-accredited program.
Current license from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Physical Therapist.
Current BLS certification.
Outpatient experience for adolescents and adults.
Ergonomic training/certification a plus.

Mansioni

Provide clinically focused physical therapy including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication.
Administer therapies including therapeutic exercise, manual therapies, modalities, and patient education.
Develop and execute goal-directed treatment plans based on thorough patient assessment.
Support worksite wellness, ergonomics, and safety education for employees.
Maintain EMR documentation, coordinate care, and ensure infection-control compliance.
