Job summary

Marathon Health Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver full musculoskeletal care within our worksite health model. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and educate employees on body mechanics and ergonomics as part of a collaborative health team.

The role emphasizes on-site and worksite wellness support, with a focus on collaborative care and safety, reporting to the care team. A valid PT license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Doctorate/BS/MS in Physical Therapy from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current licensure by the State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with outpatient populations; EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy treatments including exercises, activities, manual therapies, modalities, and education.
• Assess, plan, implement, and monitor individualized therapy programs.
• Coordinate care and refer to appropriate levels of care when needed.
• Educate patients on body mechanics, ergonomics, and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records.
