Job summary

Marathon Health in Hillside, Illinois is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide musculoskeletal care and worksite-based support. You will assess, plan, implement and educate patients while collaborating with a medical team and onsite staff to maximize functional progress.

This role offers hands-on therapy, ergonomics coaching, and preventive wellness initiatives within client worksites. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy, state license, and 3+ years outpatient experience are required; BLS and EMR

Qualifications

• DPT/Doctorate in Physical Therapy from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current license from state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience using electronic medical records in compliance with guidelines.
• Outpatient experience for adolescents and adults; ergonomic training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administers physical therapy treatments including exercises and modalities.
• Develops and implements individualized care plans with measurable goals.
• Coordinates care with physicians, PTAs, and other health professionals.
• Provides in-home exercises and education as part of treatment plan.
• Maintains documentation in EMR and ensures quality care.
• Engages in injury prevention and worksite ergonomic assessments.
