Qualifications

• BS, MS or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from CAPTE-accredited university.
• Current license from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Physical Therapist.
• Current BLS certification.
• Outpatient experience for adolescent and adult population.
• Ergonomic training, certification, or experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Functions as part of care continuum and medical team, including physicians and therapists.
• Administers physical therapy treatments including exercise, activities, manual therapies, modalities, and education.
• Plans and executes a goal-directed treatment program based on assessments.
• Documents patient care in the EMR promptly and accurately.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment and adheres to infection-control policies.
