Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with POS, scheduling, HRIS, and attendance systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and team performance by coaching staff and managing payroll, forecasting, and scheduling.
• Create weekly schedules and assign daily tasks with the Assistant Workshop Manager.
• Make hiring and promotion decisions with input from leadership.
• Lead shifts, enforce company policies, and escalate issues to HR/DM as needed.
• Ensure merchandising displays adhere to brand standards and create an inviting store environment.
• Oversee inventory management processes including receiving and counts.
• Develop a high-performing team in partnership with management to deliver guest experiences.
