Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a Full Time Assistant Manager at Mall of Georgia in Buford, GA. You will support the store manager in all aspects of store operations to ensure an exceptional Guest experience and effective sales execution.

Responsibilities include scheduling staff, coaching Bear Builders, overseeing inventory, merchandising, and enforcing company policies while driving sales and maintaining a safe, engaging retail environment for Guests and associates.

Qualifications

• 2 years of store management experience in a customer-centric retail environment
• High school diploma
• Basic knowledge of POS, scheduling, HRIS, and time/attendance systems

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily assignments and shift leadership.
• Lead and coach team during scheduled shifts, ensuring policy adherence and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory control, and inventory counts; maintain safety standards.
• Drive sales and guest experience by coaching team and executing Plan-Do-Review strategies.
