Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a customer-centric business.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience using common store technology solutions (POS, scheduling, HRIS, time and attendance).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and team performance by coaching staff and managing payroll, forecasting, and scheduling to hit targets.
• Create weekly schedules and assign daily tasks, directing the team with the Assistant Workshop Manager.
• Make hiring and promotion decisions with input from the AWM.
• Lead and inspire the team while enforcing company policies and brand standards.
• Oversee merchandising displays and ensure store layouts align with brand standards.
• Manage inventory processes including receiving, stocking, and counts.
• Build a high-performing team focused on delivering a superior Guest experience.
