• Ensure quality of repairs and efficiency of department operations.
• Coordinate transportation, loans and rentals of machinery.
• Help supervise, train, and motivate the mechanics team.
• Ensure health and safety standards in the workshop.
• Contribute to department performance goals and maintain relations with customers and suppliers.
