IST Management is seeking a Workplace Technical PC Hardware/Asset Specialist to join our Kingwood, TX team. The role focuses on computer technology tasks, shipping and receiving, and office operations, with emphasis on accurate asset management and customer service.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask, and willing to train and grow professionally. This position offers daytime hours, PTO, benefits, and opportunities within a national BPO company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years' experience in fixed asset duties.
• Detail oriented and professional demeanor.
• Able to multi-task, establish priorities, and work independently.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Proficient in PC/computer knowledge and software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain oversight and accountability of assets ensuring customer needs are met regarding on-time delivery of services & quality of work
• Conduct and maintain an accurate inventory checklist of equipment assets
• Daily upkeep operational storage room/warehouse ensuring it is cleaned and organized at all times
• Monitor and control authorized access for individuals entering operational storage room/warehouse area
• Place supply order requests to replenish assets and consumables inventory for storage room/warehouse area
• Maintain excellent & efficient written and oral communications with clients and management, ensuring prompt responses & follow-ups on all communications
• Verify receipt of all controlled shipments & assets and ensure they meet required specifications and purchase order requests

Hourly Compensation:

$26.00 - $27.00 USD per hr(DOE)

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
