CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Workplace Strategy Analyst in Atlanta to assist in designing future work environments for small to medium-sized clients.

You will support the Client Consulting function, contributing to advisory services related to real estate operations and investments. The role involves developing strategic frameworks, collecting client requirements, and coordinating with design teams to translate research into actionable concepts that align with organizational needs and CBRE RISE

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic framework with management.
• Contribute to collecting clients' needs and programming future spaces.
• Study complex quantitative and qualitative data from research.
• Coordinate with design teams on the space design phase.
• Construct change management plans and communication.
• Guide working groups for feedback and evaluation.
• Coordinate data collection of various aspects of a working environment. Translate information into a meaningful concept to align with organizations' needs.
• Understand spatial requirements and development of space budget. Have a basic understanding of building codes and occupational standards.
• Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact the quality of own work.
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information, asks questions, and check for understanding.

About the Role:
