Job summary
EasyLlama Inc. is seeking a Course Development & Instructional Design specialist to brainstorm, outline, develop, and QA workplace safety and EHS courses across OSHA and related standards.
You will translate federal/state regulations into engaging, learner-centered training experiences and design accessible courses for frontline workers to safety managers. Stay current on OSHA/EPA/state requirements, flag updates, and ensure content meets regulatory mandates.
Qualifications
- Experience creating workplace safety/EHS training content.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards, mandates, and level of training.
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into engaging digital training (LMS).
- Experience with AI-powered course authoring tools (Articulate Rise).
- Experience using Generative AI tools in course design (Claude/ChapGPT/Gemini).
- Strong written communication and instructional design with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Develop, QA, and deliver workplace safety and EHS courses.
- Translate regulatory requirements into engaging digital training.
- Stay current with OSHA/EPA/state requirements and flag updates.
