Job summary

EasyLlama Inc. is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to research, outline, develop, and QA courses across leadership topics for a large library.

You will create learner-centered content grounded in credible research and best practices, using scenario-based design and AI-assisted tools to scale production. The role is fully remote within the United States; you will collaborate with distributed teams, maintain a consistent voice, and deliver high-quality training materials across

Qualifications

• Experience independently creating training content across varied subject areas.
• Ability to turn complex or unfamiliar concepts into engaging digital training in an LMS/e-learning format.
• Experience with AI-powered course authoring tools such as Articulate Rise.
• Strong written communication, instructional design skills, and attention to detail.
• Comfort writing for sensitive topics with appropriate tone.
• Experience using Generative AI tools in course design and content development (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini).
