Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to lead safety programs, audits, and training. You will advocate for associates, build cross-functional partnerships, and translate data into actionable safety improvements across our facilities.

With a focus on continuous safety culture enhancement, you will support emergency response, compliance with OSHA standards, and champion safety at the site level while working with UPS/Delivery operations at Hazle Township, PA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year in an Environmental Health & Safety field OR a Bachelor’s degree in EHS OR 6 months safety experience at Amazon.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Experience maintaining confidentiality in workplace matters.

• Deliver engaging safety training and promote a proactive safety culture.
