Job summary

Amazon seeks a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to drive safety program excellence and champion associate wellbeing. You will lead audits, investigations, and compliance activities while promoting a data-driven safety culture across facilities.

You will collaborate with frontline teams and leadership to deploy training, assess risks, and implement improvements that balance safety with productivity in a dynamic fulfillment environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s in EHS preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards with practical experience.
• Experience using Word and Excel in professional safety work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety audits, investigations and risk assessments with data-driven methods.
• Develop and deliver safety training to associates to sustain a proactive culture.
• Advocate for associate wellbeing and build partnerships with leadership at all levels.
• Translate safety data into actionable insights to influence improvements.
