Job summary

Amazon seeks a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to enhance safety culture across operations. You will lead audits, investigations, and risk assessments while delivering engaging training to associates, and champion continuous improvement in safety and productivity.

This role builds relationships with frontline teams and leadership to embed best practices daily. You will also support emergency responses and ensure confidentiality in sensitive matters, applying OSHA standards and safety data

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in an EHS field or 6 months in Amazon safety role.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Experience maintaining confidentiality in matters involving security and/or personal issues.
