Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to lead safety initiatives and protect associates across our facilities. You will drive audits, investigations, training, and continuous improvement to create a safer, more productive work environment.

You will collaborate with leadership, manage urgent safety concerns, and support emergency response while upholding company safety standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or better; Bachelor's in EHS preferred.
• 1+ year in Environmental Health & Safety or Amazon-related safety role.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations 29 CFR 1910 and safety reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety program initiatives with data-driven audits and risk assessments.
• Deliver safety training and advocate for associate wellbeing across shifts.
• Investigate incidents, coordinate emergency response, and drive continuous improvements.
